Position Summary Position Responsibilities
- Establishes, interprets and administers labor policies and internal practices related to to employee disputes, grievances, union and management practices.
- Advises and provides updates to management regarding changes in regulations, rulings and practices to ensure company compliance to federal and state labor labor laws.
- Oversees labor relations issues for Stores, CAT and DC.
- Advises and provides coaching to HR and management regarding all involuntary employee terminations and disciplinary actions that involve potential finacial exposure for the company.
- Coordinates with external labor counsel to prepare and provide all necessary documentation for disputed termination cases.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of labor related cases, trends and costs.
- Responsible for administration, tracking, reporting and analysis of HR related investigations and the DMII process. <...
