Employee Relations Lead — Hybrid (PH)

Refinitiv is looking for an Assistant Manager in Employee Relations in Manila to ensure all ER issues are handled in compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will act as a primary contact for all ER matters and partner with the Department of Labor and Employment while providing expert guidance on local regulations.

With 5-8 years of HR experience, you will manage complex ER cases, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in the employee experience while supporting HR initiatives.
