Job Description

The Engagement Expert is responsible for ensuring the development and implementation of effective engagement initiatives that promote the company’s culture and keep employees engaged. This includes providing customized solutions, managing the creation, coordination, and execution of various employee engagement initiatives and creating content/marketing materials, as well as managing communications within the team and with cross‑team projects.
