This role reports to the Shared Services Operations Manager—Employee Benefits and is responsible for providing employee benefits & HR compliance support for the West Division.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing communications for the Compliance Newsletter and updating client data.
• Deploying workflows for employee benefits compliance.
• Maintaining the Health Plan Compliance Calendar and other compliance documents.
• Developing templated client communications.
• Training team members on compliance topics.
• Managing subscriptions to relevant platforms.
• Coordinating compliance with the home office team.
• Managing access to online portals and communicating with the Account Management Team.
