Overview
Engineering Computing Engineer is responsible for providing overall IT infrastructure support for the Argentina Software Development Center in Cordoba.
Responsibilities
- Monitoring, maintaining, upgrading, testing, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, Storage and Backup/restore infrastructure
- Providing IT support for labs
- Resolving first, second, and third level incidents as required
- Owning and driving the resolution of identified problems
- Leading and participating in projects to implement new capabilities, upgrades, and changes
- Collaborating with other groups to support infrastructure changes, elevate data quality concerns, share best practices, and communicate service problems
- Supporting continuous improvement and preventative maintenance, such as evaluating system performance and conducting periodic reviews
