EMP Technical Lead - Expanded Mining

Overview

The Expanded Mining Technical Lead is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of detailed work packages using existing Caterpillar resources, technical documentation, engineering standards, and established protocols. The role integrates EH&S planning and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness in all job packages. The successful candidate will collaborate with Finning/OEM Exchange planners, Finning PSSR Sales teams, and OCS groups to support the OEM planning team in developing monthly rebuild plans, and will partner with EMP production technicians, production leadership, OEM Parts and Salvage teams to support Expanded Mining Program (EMP) Exchange and Repair & Return component rebuilds.
