• Leads design management, overseeing resources, operations and delivery against business plan objectives.
• Acts as focal point for design matters, driving performance, governance and KPI reporting.
• Supports procurement, project planning and process improvement to enhance delivery outcomes.
• Collaborates across teams, promoting technical excellence, capability development and sustainable, low‑carbon delivery.
