You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leads feasibility, cost planning and final cost plan presentation, applying value management from project outset.
• Advises on procurement strategy, oversees tender processes and prepares robust contract documentation.
• Manages cost control, valuations, reporting and final accounts, ensuring effective commercial governance.
• Leads teams and stakeholders, driving performance, continuous improvement and sustainable, low-carbon outcomes.

You’ll Need To Have:

• Degree in quantity surveying/cost management; MRICS or equivalent preferred.
