Emerging Comedian Development Lead

Role Overview

This role will be responsible for building and managing Saregama’s early-stage comedy talent pipeline, with a focus on identifying high-potential comedians and enabling their journey from discovery to monetisation across digital and live formats

.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and evaluate emerging comedic talent through open mics, comedy circuits, and creator ecosystems

- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of early-stage artists across key markets

- Track talent performance and identify individuals with potential for scale across digital and live formats

- Collaborate with content teams to support development of digital IPs and formats featuring new talent

- Work closely with the live events team to identify and groom talent for opening acts, club shows, and ticketed performances
