You will facilitate a shift from reactive to strategic workforce solutions by partnering with Operations, HR, and Finance to address staffing challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic workforce management initiatives
• Supervise capacity planning and scheduling across centres

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• At least five years in workforce or operations management
