EMEA Senior Labor Relations Manager, Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER)

Description

This role can be performed in either Barcelona or Madrid in Spain, Milan in Italy or London, UK Corporate offices. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EMEA region.

Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team seeks a senior labor relations leader to own and shape our regional LR strategy, drive programmatic excellence, and elevate the employee experience across EMEA.

As Senior EMEA Labor Relations Manager, you'll operate across two dimensions:

• Regional LOB ownership: Serve as the dedicated LR leader for one of Amazon's largest lines of business at EMEA regional level — owning the end-to-end labor relations strategy, stakeholder relationships, and risk posture across all EMEA markets for that LOB.
