EMEA HR Operations Specialist

Vertiv is seeking an HR Services Analyst responsible for executing EMEA HR operational processes including preboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding activities. This role requires a strong understanding of EMEA employment laws and the ability to manage complex HR cases independently.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, proficiency in Oracle HRMS, and a keen understanding of GDPR compliance. This position is focused on maintaining accurate HR documentation and supporting employees across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
