EMEA High-Touch Implementation Architect

Ashby is seeking a High Touch Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end SaaS implementations for mid-market and smaller enterprise customers. You will own 12-15 engagements at a time, each lasting 4-8 weeks, and partner with customers to drive time to value and outcomes.

You will work in a remote-first environment, coordinating with cross-functional teams while traveling less than 10% for on-site engagements. Strong project leadership and customer-centric communication are essential.
