EMEA General accountant (Madrid)

We are looking for an EMEA General accountant to join the Finance team to be responsible for record to report process and tax and statutory submissions.

The General accountant will cover the entire EMEA region and assist all internal partners to ensure a reliable record to report process.

Tax and Statutory Submissions

• Participate to all EMEA VAT submissions on a monthly basis related to our entities and in all local countries where VAT has been generated.
• Monitor VAT rate changes in EMEA region
• Participate in all intrastats & ESL submissions for countries eligible
• Participate in all e-reporting requirements & e-invoicing processes
• Process tax payments and returns based on the submissions prepared
• Comply with financial policies and regulations by liaising with auditors in order to prepare timely and accurate statutory and legal documents
