What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute third‑party trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships across Central Europe, owning logistics from venue coordination and booth setup to on‑site management and breakdown
- Coordinate with external vendors, internal marketing teams, sales, and technical staff to ensure every event runs on time, on budget, and on message
- Manage event timelines, budgets, invoicing, and payment processing, tracking spend and reconciling expenses throughout the event lifecycle
- Build and maintain lead capture workflows in Salesforce, ensuring quality data flows back to sales and marketing teams for pipeline tracking and follow‑up
- Work directly with field marketing and sales leadership to align event strategy with regional business goals and demand generation targets in Central Europe and broader EMEA
