EMEA Compliance Counsel: GDPR, Cyber & Ethics Leader

Nextpower seeks an experienced Compliance Counsel to support Spain and the broader EMEA region, advising on data privacy, cybersecurity, employment law, anti-bribery, ethics, and internal investigations.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Internal Audit and business leaders to implement policies, monitor regulatory changes, and manage investigations, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and a strong ethical culture.
