EMBA Student Support

Position Summary

These positions will provide support for the Executive MBA program at the Hill Levene School of Business. Work location will be The University of Regina College Avenue Campus at 2155 College Avenue, Regina.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

1. Provide in-class tech support in high-tech streaming classrooms
2. Troubleshooting and repairing the equipment3. Training related duties that may include:

Research and respond to ‘how-to’ questions from users related to use of UR Courses

Update UR Courses training materials as required

Assist trainers with Zoom training sessions

Assist students with basic questions regarding use of UR Courses and use of Zoom

5. Assist course instructors with use of UR Courses online course management system:

Entering and editing content in UR Courses

Setting up course tools as directed, such as quizzes, assignments, etc
