A US-based multi-brand DTC retailer in the health and nutrition space is hiring a retention marketing specialist to own email and SMS for their flagship brand, a leading community platform serving people navigating weight loss surgery and post-op nutrition. This is not a support role or a task-execution position. You will lead the channel, set the strategy, and raise the bar on segmentation, storytelling, and revenue performance.
