This individual will be a key member of the Shared Services Team, reporting directly to the Director of Email & Lifecycle Marketing. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies to engage and retain customers at every stage of their journey. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, data analysis, email marketing, and a passion for creating personalized marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and revenue growth, as email is a critical acquisition channel.
