ELV & ICT Project Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for ELV and ICT projects
• Manage installation teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and schedules
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, clients, and other contractors
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations, local authority requirements, and health and safety standards
• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of CCTV systems, access control systems, video/audio intercom systems, structured cabling systems (copper/fiber optic), SMATV systems, gate barrier systems, and network infrastructure
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
