Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
  • Master’s degree (preferred for senior roles)

    • Experience

  • 15–25+ years in ELV systems engineering
  • Minimum 5–8 years in leadership/managerial role
  • Experience in large-scale projects (commercial, airports, hospitals, smart cities, etc.)

    • KPIs / Performance Metrics : Project delivery timelines Budget adherence System performance and reliability Client satisfaction Team productivity and retention.

    Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of ELV system design and integration
  • Project management expertise (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and ELV design tools
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
