Elite IT Support & Asset Management Specialist

Solera Corporation is seeking an IT Support professional for their Seville and Madrid offices. This role includes supporting the end-user community, providing troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, onboarding users, and supporting office technology platforms.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of macOS/iOS experience and 3–5 years of Windows 10/11 support in a corporate setting. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to IT processes are essential.
