Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably within the elevators, vertical transportation, or related industrial sectors.
- Proven experience working with vertical transportation companies or similar industrial customers.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and manage complex commercial situations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to travel as required.
