Responsibilities
- Build daily connections with students through proactive outreach via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email
- Guide learners through structured curriculum and reinforce key concepts
- Monitor student engagement and academic progress to launch timely interventions
- Deliver high-quality grading and meaningful feedback to support student growth
- Maintain precise records of student progress and interventions
- Lead live sessions and support proctoring during testing windows
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
- Valid teacher certification and completion of an approved teacher preparation program
- Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, and Learning Management Systems
