Electronics Production Team Lead: Drive Quality & Efficiency

Manpower Singapore is seeking a proactive Team Leader to coordinate production associates, ensuring targets are met on time with quality and efficiency. You will lead daily team meetings and report production performance to management.

You will perform assembly operations across multiple production areas, suggest improvements, support new product introductions, train staff, uphold safety and housekeeping standards, and help with workforce planning and ISO documentation.
