The Role
As an Electronics Engineering Technician, you provide total program‑launch support for the design and development of battery electronics and keep the engineering team running — while managing the engineering lab, its equipment, and inventory. From soldering and harness building to board‑level testing and prototype delivery, you are hands‑on across the full electronics development cycle.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Build & assemble: solder components onto printed circuit boards, assemble wire harnesses, build tester enclosures, and create fixtures and electrical test set‑ups that support test activities.
- Test & troubleshoot: perform board‑level testing and troubleshooting, end‑of‑line / engineering‑level testing of battery electronics, and software updates — then report test results.
