The Role
As an Electronics Engineering Technician, you provide total program-launch support for the design and development of battery electronics and keep the engineering team running — while managing the engineering lab, its equipment, and inventory. From soldering and harness building to board-level testing and prototype delivery, you are hands-on across the full electronics development cycle.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
- Build & assemble: solder components onto printed circuit boards, assemble wire harnesses, build tester enclosures, and create fixtures and electrical test set-ups that support test activities.
- Test & troubleshoot: perform board-level testing and troubleshooting, end-of-line / engineering-level testing of battery electronics, and software updates — then report test results.
