Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, managing BOM releases, and coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
Strong PCB layout skills and proficiency in engineering software are essential.
