Electromechanical NPI Engineer - DFM & Manufacturing Lead

Link-Worldwide in Guadalajara is looking for a Product / Process Engineer to lead the introduction of complex electromechanical systems into manufacturing. You will elevate product quality by collaborating with design engineering and manufacturing partners.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and has over 5 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) for electromechanical subsystems. This full-time role is critical for enhancing yield, reliability, and cost efficiency.
