Electro Mechanical Engineer - Hands-On Design

Overtime Recruitment Group is seeking an Electro Mechanical Engineer with hands-on design experience in California. This full-time role involves taking electrical designs into practical, manufacturable systems.
As a mid-level engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering and production. Leveraging your 5-10 years of experience, you’ll focus on creating efficient layouts and ensuring designs are easy to execute. Your background in VFDs and motor control systems will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Convert schematics into accurate panel designs
• Design enclosures and placement for electrical components
• Create assembly drawings and build documentation
• Support validation, testing, and troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain and improve engineering drawings and BOMs
Requirements:
• Degree in Electromechanical or Electrical Engineering
• E.I.T or P.Eng status preferred
