Nuco Solutions are looking for a qualified Electrician to work across Hampshire for a well-known Housing Association.

Role and Responsibilities

* Electrical repairs, maintenance, inspections & testing in residential properties

* Complete planned works, EICRs, testing & certification

* Diagnose and resolve faults, aiming for first-time fixes

* Communicate with tenants and coordinate with other trades

* Follow health & safety procedures

* Complete reports and certificates via handheld device

* Participate in emergency call-out rota

* Maintain company vehicle and support apprentices when required

Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

* City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing

* 18th Edition

* Social housing/domestic electrical experience

* Full UK driving licence
