Position Summary:
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Electrician is responsible for performing electrical preventative maintenance, supporting automation systems, and completing electrical improvement projects to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment. This role contributes to minimizing downtime, improving equipment performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Respond promptly to plant and equipment maintenance needs as required, ensuring all SOPs and standard safety procedures and practices are followed.
- Assist in developing and following all preventative maintenance programs within the plant, with the goal of ensuring limited downtime of equipment and machinery.
