Job Description
- Maintain, monitor and perform routine facility and equipment maintenance
- Perform basic troubleshooting/corrective maintenance and restoration
- Conduct routine inspection on building, perimeter/fence and other facilities, performing minor repair if needed
- Provide assistance to HO support or third‑party contractor during maintenance/project activity
- Prepare and submit required reports, forms, and other documentation
- Ensure that electrical and generator set rooms are clean
- Receive and submit copies of utility bills and other documents to HO
- Maintain highest level of cleanliness in work/storage areas
- Perform other work‑related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College Graduate of Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related course, Graduate of Vocational Course, and/or Short Course Certificate
