Electrical Technician - Maintenance(Kuwait Pool - Based in UAE)

Responsibilities

• Attends to all electrical equipment breakdowns such as LV-MV motors, LV Switchboards, MCCs, plant lighting, transformers, UPS, VFD, breakers, soft starters, etc.
• Carries out planned preventive and predictive maintenance work with minimum direction and supervision.
• Identifies and reports any abnormalities.
• Repairs or replaces required items, re‑assembles and tests the equipment, keeping the working area clean.
• Technically assesses the requirements of allocated jobs and selects the necessary tools and equipment to complete the work.
• Effectively diagnoses electrical breakdowns and troubleshoots failures of plant and equipment with minimal or no direction.
• Uses the computerized maintenance system SAP to order spare parts from the warehouse and maintains records of all maintenance work completed.
