Electrical Technician for Mining Operations

Join Burgundy Diamond Mines as an Electrical Technician focused on installations and maintenance at the Ekati Mine site. Contribute to the reliability of mining operations through your electrical expertise.
This role involves a two-week on, two-week off rotation, performing essential surface and underground electrical work. You will support power distribution and ensure operational efficiency through preventative maintenance programs. Prior experience in a mining or industrial setting is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and repair control and distribution electrical equipment
• Test circuits and verify system safety and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in electrical systems
• Maintain adherence to all safety policies and protocols
• Execute both day and night shifts in various environments
Requirements:
• Red Seal Certified Journeyperson Electrician
