Responsibilities
- Develop vehicle-level logical schematics
- Set up DT structure in VSEM-GDT and approve that structure
- Ensure the Generic Fusing and Generic Grounding strategies are followed
- Execute compatibility reviews and assess Systems FMEA
- Assess and comply with related system requirements (FEDE)
- Coordinate TDR preparation, follow up with technical specialists at gateways, and track tasks via JIRA
- Proto Build (DCV) HIL/FDJ breadboard and DCV breadboard (E/E pre-build system breadboard)
- Provide configurations only and give extraordinary support if needed
- Determine feature configuration of the breadboard (variants)
- Check BOM to ensure parts are present on the breadboard
- Configure modules (FCT – Ford Converter Tool or EOL simulation)
- Update module software (get SW from IVS or JFrog)
- Perform quick, point-to-point functional testing
