- Support the Construction Manager during the negotiation and closing of electrical assembly subcontracts. Validate the technical and media training of the different subcontractors submitting bids.
- Define sequence and work areas.
- Define the distribution of supervisors and the contracts to be controlled by each one of them.
- Review progress reports and incidents reported by supervisors.
- Deal with the subcontractors responsible for the possible incidents that may occur.
