Salary: £52,000 - £56,000 (Qualification dependent) + OT

Hours: Continental Days & Nights

Role: Static, high end commercial site

The Role:

As the shift engineer on a 2x person shift team, you will be the go‑to technical expert for all building services maintenance. This is a hands‑on position, with approximately 80% of your time spent on the tools, ensuring the site runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across the site in line with SLAs.
