JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project) for electrical activities.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement and site teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Review and analyze project specifications, drawings and contract documents for schedule development.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports on status, delays and forecasting.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks related to electrical works.
- Track resource allocation, productivity and cost against the project plan.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, lookahead schedules and recovery plans when necessary.
- Ensure proper integration of electrical planning with other disciplines (civil, mechanical etc.).
- Assist in claims preparation and extension of time (EOT) justifications when required.
