Electrical maintenance supervisor

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team, including planning and scheduling maintenance activities. Ensure all maintenance work is completed, recorded, and managed through the SAP maintenance system. Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. Monitor equipment performance and ensure inspections, testing, and maintenance are completed as scheduled. Prepare and submit maintenance reports, job cards, timesheets, and related documentation. Monitor plant condition and ensure maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and ISO standards. Maintain required stock levels and manage maintenance inventory. Assist with sourcing, purchasing, quality control, and installation of new or refurbished equipment.
