Responsibilities
- Implement and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance work for electrical and instrumentation related tasks with focus on safety.
- Perform electrical and Instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Able to work and troubleshoot with AC low voltage single phase and 3 phase systems.
- Identify and maintain an optimum level of electrical spares and drives to reduce plant downtime, take drive parameters back up and need to maintain.
- Ensure systematic documentation of Maintenance Procedures and Risk Assessments, SLD, E&I related and maintenance records for troubleshooting purpose.
- Experience in 3 phase generator control interfacing to grid power.
- Liaise with PE and organize preventive maintenance for MV and high voltage (22Kva).
- Understand and develop electrical panel schematics if needed.
- Guide technician on troubleshooting part if needed for ACMV, CCTV, Access control system, PA system...
