Responsibilities
- Design and creation of PLC logic including hardware selection
- Design and creation of HMI displays including hardware selection
- Programming and selection of drives and other control components
- Some SCADA and DCS programming and support
- Design hardwire electrical circuits including
- Load calculations
- Component sizing & selection
- Produce electrical schematics
- Work in conjunction with panel shop on panel layout and design
- Work with the design group to conceptualize builds for proposals
- Technical support for field technicians
- Assist with internal IT initiatives
- Prepare project documentation including
- Operations manuals
- Project bid documents
- Prepare and submit documentation for permits
- Work with procurement group to
