Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and coordinate comprehensive estimate plans
• Lead total project estimate creation and development
• Prepare and analyze Project Basis of Estimate and Risk Analysis
• Propose solutions to complex estimating challenges
• Maintain up-to-date local rate libraries for estimates
Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years' estimating experience in construction
