- Manage and coordinate project activities.
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and testing of equipment.
- Prepare and compile field service reports after equipment servicing.
- Provide technical and engineering support for products, services, and equipment by responding to customer inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate job arrangements and work schedules.
- Maintain and update product databases and related documentation.
- Continuously maintain and improve professional and technical knowledge.
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or higher.
- Advanced knowledge of 3-phase electrical testing and understanding of Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
