JOB DESCRIPTION
Mobilization Phase: Participate in plant commissioning activities, raising site observations & punch points, observe and report daily plant maintenance during early water production period, support O&M Manager in warranty and handover of plant from EPC resulting in smooth transition from EPC to O&M Team.
During O&M Period/post COD of plant, manage all maintenance activities associated with defect and planned maintenance programmes, through a team of site based engineers, technicians and at times by external contract agencies.
Development of the short and long term maintenance strategy for the plant and the development of a capable engineering, planning and maintenance team to support that strategy.
