Electrical Engineer IV – Substation

Lead the development and review of deliverables including equipment layouts, grounding systems, bus configurations, conduct and cable schedules, and general arrangement drawings.

Perform and oversee engineering calculations (grounding analysis, cable sizing, voltage drop, fault current, and equipment ratings).

Lead equipment selection, specification development, and vendor drawing reviews.

Prepare, review, and approve design packages and technical documentation.

Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, design, and project management.

Perform and oversee quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of deliverables.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable industry codes and standards (IEEE, NEC, NESC, ANSI).
