- Lead workshop operations through proper planning, scheduling, and decision‑making.
- Manage projects including planning, coordination, and supervision of project activities.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding project matters.
- Perform electrical and mechanical testing on stators, rotors, and related components.
- Measure winding data and record inspection details accurately.
