Electrical Designer for Energy Projects

As an Electrical and Controls Drafter/Designer with WSP’s Energy & Process team, you will work collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on varied energy projects. Your role will emphasize developing intricate electrical drawings, including single-line diagrams and control panel details, crucial for both construction and approval processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review P&IDs for accurate electrical representation
• Generate comprehensive electrical drawing packages
• Evaluate RFQs and purchase orders effectively
• Provide field support to electrical contractors
• Coordinate with engineering teams for project integration
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in electrical engineering technology
• 5+ years of electrical design experience
