The role will be responsible in providing engineering support to ongoing and future projects. The role will cover the entire project lifecycle - from project conceptualization until close-out and should be able to cater to the varying technical needs of the project.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Construction
Determine relevant project requirements and provide sound strategy thru the sourcing and selection of competitive Design Consultants and/or Pre-Engineering Service Providers.
Construction
Provide regular assistance to internal (Design, Construction Mgmt, Project Dev’t, et.al) and external (Contractors, Consultants et.al) partners through the following:
- Database management of all plans and specifications issued
- Timely revert of information and approvals to stakeholders and project partners
- Monitor development of project and determine potential risks of delay
