? Electrical Biased Building Services Engineer Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, 7am to 7pm on a rotating roster. Salary: £49,000 per annum + shift allowance. JOB SUMMARY To undertake prescribed maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisor or Building Services Manager. Maintenance Operators will carry out planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled works. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES To identify and diagnose faults and to carry out repairs, adjustments and other maintenance works as appropriate. To carry out the required routine servicing, repair or adjustment of plant or machinery in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule as tasked by the Building Control Co-ordinator. To adopt a flexible approach in respect of other skills or trades to ensure the most cost effective completion of all tasks.
